Congratulations to Joy Nightingale who wins this quarter's photo competition.  Whilst enjoying a bit of retail thereapy in Rhodes Town,  Joy snapped her stunning picture of a Greek jewellery stall  with its vibrant colours and individual jewellery designs.  Joy has won two night's stay in the Darlington Hyde Park.

'Thanks for the wonderful prize of the 2 night stay at the Darlington Hyde Park Hotel which we've just had.  We thought the hotel was lovely, so very clean and comfortable, with an excellent cooked breakfast included.  We found all staff to be polite and helpful.  London was fabulous with so many things to do and places to see, so overall an excellent trip!'

• In foreign countries do not display and flaunt too much jewellery.
• Always be aware of your surroundings and the people.
• Check that window and door locks work and are secure in hotel rooms.
• Never reveal that you are travelling alone.
• A small pack of wet-wipes are always handy to carry around.
