Hi my name is Sia Rocks.

I have worked, volunteered and travelled throughout Africa, Asia and Australia, many of those times having been solo adventures.

There is an increasing global realisation of the strength of the female and on my travels I have encountered fellow female travellers of all ages who are part of our new generation of courageous, independent women for whom the world has opened up to.

Each month I wish to share with you my travel accounts and written pieces which I feel are of help and interest to the female traveller as a move towards heightened communication and dissemination of our experiences as women in the world. Although we do have our ST4W forum, if you would like to contribute an article, travel blog or piece of interest, or if you have any questions or comments, they will be warmly received and published on the website.
